Localizing Climate Finance: Mapping Gaps and Opportunities, Designing Solutions

Developing sub-national finance solutions and promoting them is a critical element to successfully delivering the 2030 agenda and the Paris Agreement. This report provides a first mapping of the efforts of the Cities Climate Finance Leadership Alliance (CCFLA) as a step to achieving its mission and providing opportunities for others to join.
