Workshop | Advancing sectoral action to implement the Global Methane Pledge (GMP)

In order to support the successful nationally driven implementation of the Global Methane Pledge and encourage other countries to endorse the Pledge, this interactive workshop aims at showcasing, sharing and further developing i) successful technical and financial solutions for methane emission reduction in above mentioned sectors and ii) best practices for the data-based monitoring, reporting and verification of methane emission reductions. Participants representing the policy/governance field, science and private sector will be able to present ideas, solutions and questions in breakout groups facilitated by experts.
