Poland joined the Coalition to engage in international efforts to reduce short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs). Poland has expressed its strong interest for high-efficiency and low-emissions technologies in heat production, transport and waste handling, as well as measures to mitigate tropospheric ozone and methane emissions. Activities that address air pollution and climate change are among Poland’s priorities, as the country recognizes the synergies between the activities that address both issues.
Poland supports CCAC projects in developing countries as a donor to the CCAC Trust Fund. Details about Poland's contributions and pledges can be found here.
