Data requirements: SNAP toolkit on short-lived climate pollutants (LEAP-IBC)

This document prepared by SEI outlines the data inputs are required in LEAP-IBC for the emissions scenario modelling to be performed. It provides the high priority data requirements relevant to the SLCP measures and the option data requirements necessary for compiling a more accurate, complete national emission inventory.
