Mansarovar Energy is an oil multinational created in 2006 after the merger of the state companies of India, the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC - Videsh), and of China, the Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec). Its main objective is to be the leading operator in heavy crude extraction in Colombia. 

Mansarovar Energy is involved in the Coalition's Oil and Gas initiative.
