The National Agricultural Innovation Institute - Instituto Nacional de Innovación Agraria (INIA) in Spanish - is the governing body of the National Agricultural Innovation System attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI). The institute aims to contribute to equitable, competitive and sustainable economic growth through the provision of research and technology transfer.

INIA is an actor in the Coalition's Agriculture Initiative.
