This guideline provides guidance on how short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs) can be in the evaluation of mitigation measures at the subnational scale
The guideline starts with brief background information on SLCPs. The guideline then provides information on the methodology for the quantification of black carbon emissions. Then, the guideline moves to present the black carbon emissions of Colombia and the commitment of Colombia has made to mitigate black carbon. Lastly, the report focuses on the actions needed to reduce emissions of SLCPs, including black carbon and the recommendations to take action.
