Colombia's Indicative Action Plan on Energy Efficiency (2017-2022)

Colombia's Ministry of Mines and Energy has adopted an Indicative Action Plan 2017-2022 that defines indicative objectives and goals of energy efficiency, sectorial actions, measures and strategies to achieve these objectives.  The Resolution 41286 of December 2016 adopts this plan which  aims to increase the global energy efficiency and considers relevant actions in transport and industry sectors as well as big energy consumers within the country. It is expected to reduce SLCP emissions, particularly black carbon, from different sectors.
