Environmental Management Framework - Improving Kiln Efficiency in the Brick Making Industry in Bangladesh

The Environmental Management Framework (EMF) provides general policies,
guidelines, codes of practice and procedures to be integrated into the implementation of the
World Bank-supported Carbon Finance initiative ‘Improving kiln efficiency in the brick making
industry in Bangladesh [Hybrid Hoffman Kiln (HHK) Project’]. The HHK project is designed to
promote cleaner technology in brick making and thus improve the environmental sustainability
of brick-making sector.
