Hacia la descarbonización en el transporte de carga / Towards road freight decarbonisation

El jueves 29 de octubre tendrá lugar la conferencia anual del Programa de Logística Sustentable Uruguay (PLSU). Se realizará vía MS Teams y tendrá una duración de tres horas y media, empezando a las 9 de la mañana y terminando a las 12:30.

Los ponentes internacionales son: 

• Alan McKinnon de Kühne Logistics University
• Buddy Polovick, de Smart Way USA
• Verónica Ruiz, del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Medio Ambiente 
• Leticia Pineda del International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT)
• En cuanto a los programas uruguayos, habrán expositores del proyecto VERNE y MOVÉS, ambos relacionados con el transporte eléctrico.

Adicionalmente, se presentarán las actividades realizadas por el programa y se darán a conocer los resultados de la Encuesta de Sustentabilidad. Los invitados serán tanto empresas afiliadas como no afiliadas, representantes de programas regionales, patrocinadores y cualquier interesado en la temática.

The annual conference of the Uruguayan Sustainable Logistics Programme (PLSU) will take place on Thursday 29 October via MS Teams.

• Veronica Ruiz, United Nations Environment Programme 
• Leticia Pineda, the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT)
• Exhibitors of the VERNE and MOVES projects from Uruguay related to electric transport will be present

In addition, the activities carried out by the program will be presented and the results of the Sustainability Survey will be released. Participants include affiliated and non-affiliated companies, representatives of regional programs, sponsors and anyone interested in the subject matter.
