The Arctic Council Goal on black carbon is the first of its kind, is based on sound science and emission inventories, and is a goal-setting solution that can be implemented at a global scale. The Arctic Council’s recommendations are readily available and can be adapted and implemented in any country, to produce significant emissions reductions. Website: www.arctic-council.org
