Our partners

The driving force for our work

The Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) is a voluntary partnership between governments, intergovernmental organisations, and non-governmental organisations launched in 2012 to reduce short-lived climate pollutants.

Our partners are crucial to achieving our common goals. When joining, each partner commits to take meaningful action to reduce the short-lived climate pollutants methane, black carbon, hydrofluorocarbons, and tropospheric ozone, both at home and abroad.

Our partners work together in a spirit of mutual support to act on their commitments and accelerate collective action.

CCAC partners benefit from opportunities to contribute to defining common goals of the Coalition, apply for positions within the CCAC governance bodies, share knowledge and explore project opportunities. State partners eligible for official development assistance (ODA) can additionally access financial support for project implementation.
