Virtual

The objective of this series is to explore how successful, impactful projects work, and identify ways to replicate them across different contexts and geographies.

This first webinar from the series of webinars titled "Recipes for success: How to design and fund impactful SLCP mitigation project" will focus on the waste sector.

The webinar will focus on the work of Argentina’s Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development to promote the use of the products to treat organic waste, including how to certify compost to incentivise companies and expand the market. These are topics that are highly relevant to many other CCAC countries that are facing similar challenges in scaling organic waste diversion from landfills.

The webinar will provide an opportunity for representatives from two other CCAC Partner countries, Ghana and the Philippines, to pose questions to the representatives of Argentina and find out how their countries can take forward lessons learned.
