Waste Initiative Technology and Information Exchange (at IFAT 2018)

A delegation of representatives from the Waste Initiative city network and Initiative partners will be traveling to Munich to take part in an information and technology exchange during IFAT 2018. The representatives will present their work related to the Coalition's Municipal Solid Waste Initiative.

The exchange will allow to build capacity amongst policy-makers and stakeholders on policies and actions to reduce methane and black carbon emissions from the municipal waste sector, to support technical cooperation and technology transfer with German stakeholders, and to leverage additional training, knowledge sharing and networking during the event and through site visits.
