CCAC AQMx Agricultural Residue Management Expert

The “CCAC AQMx Agriculture Residue Management Expert” will write a Sectoral Guidance paper of approximately 8,000 words and identify a minimum of 15 supporting resources (reports, scientific publications, databases, tools...) to be uploaded on the AQMx Resource Exchange Library. The Sectoral Guidance will cover: 

• health, climate, ecosystems, agriculture, and other impacts of agriculture residue burning, and type of data/information needed to support action on the issue;
• concrete and actionable steps policy-makers can take to implement an agriculture residue management program, with a focus on alternatives to burning provided to farmers;
• relevant business models and financing options for such programs;
• gender and equity considerations;
• inspiring case-studies and success stories;
• and key donors, partners, and implementers active in that space.

CCAC AQMx E-Cooking Expert

The “CCAC AQMx E-Cooking Expert” will write a Sectoral Guidance paper of approximately 8,000 words and identify a minimum of 15 supporting resources (reports, scientific publications, databases, tools...) to be uploaded on the AQMx Resource Exchange Library. The Sectoral Guidance will cover: 

• health, climate, ecosystems, agriculture, and other impacts of agriculture residue burning, and type of data/information needed to support action on the issue;

• relevant business models and financing options for such programs;
• gender and equity considerations;
• inspiring case-studies and success stories;

The “CCAC AQMx Transport Expert” will write three Sectoral Guidance papers of approximately 8,000 words each and identify a minimum of 30 supporting resources (reports, scientific publications, databases, tools...) to be uploaded on the AQMx Resource Exchange Library. The Sectoral Guidance will cover:

• health, climate, ecosystems, agriculture, and other impacts of road transport, and type of data/information needed to support action on the issue;
• concrete and actionable steps policy-makers can take to implement a road transport program;
• relevant business models and financing options for such programs;
• gender and equity considerations;
• inspiring case-studies and success stories;
• and key donors, partners, and implementers active in that space.
