ACSM Analysis Tutorial

The presentation provides an overview of the ACSM data analysis software and its workflow for processing data from the Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor (ACSM). It describes the main steps involved in importing raw data, configuring analysis parameters, applying instrument calibrations, and generating quantitative concentrations of the major non-refractory aerosol species. The tutorial also covers quality control procedures, the use of calibration parameters such as ionization efficiency (IE), relative ionization efficiencies (RIEs), collection efficiency (CE), and air-beam corrections, as well as the visualization and export of processed data. In addition, it includes examples of diagnostic plots and discusses common issues encountered during ACSM data processing.
