This report establishes a baseline for fuel consumption and emissions from Paraguay’s vehicle fleet, drawing on national vehicle fleet data and estimates of CO₂ and other pollutant emissions. It assesses potential measures to reduce transport emissions, including vehicle entry standards, improvements in fuel quality and vehicle electrification, and examines different scenarios for their future implementation.
