The Gold Standard Simplified Methodology for Clean and Efficient Cookstoves

This methodology applies to projects/activities that introduce technologies that reduce or displace no more than 10,000 tCO2eq per crediting year (i.e., 365 days) from the thermal energy consumption of household cooking. It is also mandatory for projects using this methodology to have primary baseline fuel as either wood or charcoal.
