A report has been prepared. In particular, the emission limit values (ELVs) in the existing TA VIII are compared with the emission levels achievable with latest abatement technologies. This report aims to provide a comprehensive document containing background information on abatement techniques and corresponding ELVs for mobile sources. The report covering mobile sources has been made available as an informal document for the WGSR, at its sixty-first session (September 2023).
