This report summarizes key results from the assessment of the landscape of digital MRV tools (MRV: measurement, reporting, and verification) and the potential of carbon offsets to support upscaling of low emissions rice practices in Thailand. The results of this study can be used for fostering sustainable rice management, building capacity in a multi-stakeholder approach, assisting the private sector with decision support tools, and scaling up SLCP mitigation packages at the national scale.
