Oil and Gas Methane Partnership (OGMP): Second-Year Report

In 2017, BP and Engie E&P joined the six founding companies (Eni, Pemex, PTT, Southwestern Energy Company, Statoil and Total S.A.)  in producing OGMP Annual Reports. As for the previous year, key metrics presented in the public summary versions of these Annual Reports are intended to show Partner company progress in implementing the elements of the OGMP, provide useful data on key methane emitting sources and mitigation methods, and recognize efforts taken to address methane emissions.  

This Second-Year Report is produced by the CCAC OGMP Secretariat, and includes the following sections:

• Section I presents background information on the OGMP and summarizes 2016 activities.
• Section II contains company-specific summaries from Annual Reports provided by the eight companies reporting in 2017 (on 2016).
