The project supports identification and implementation of air quality solutions through grassroots community engagement and mobilization, with the following specific objectives: • Establish an inclusive co-innovation process that provides priority stakeholder groups, such as women and youth with opportunities for leadership and participation in decision-making. • Build the capacity of community leaders through mechanisms that promote continuous co-learning and collaboration. • Implement measures and organize relevant capacity building activities. • Propose city-level policy and institutional recommendations for the pilot cities in the three countries to ensure sustainability of project outcomes.
