Prioritizing reductions of particulate matter from sources that are also significant sources of black carbon - Analysis and guidance

The present guidance document is meant to clarify in which sectors Parties to the Air Convention can implement PM2.5 emission reduction measures that will enable reductions of BC. The goal is to increase awareness among the Parties to the Convention of the fact that PM2.5 emission abatement can have various effects on BC emissions reductions.
