Theory of change document Reduce SLCPs - HCFCs and HFCs in India

This document outlines the theory that will bring about the change of mainstreaming adoption of non-fluorinated-refrigerant cooling technologies through a technical assistance (TA) facility. The current mandate of the programme is to establish the design of the facility with select partners, which could potentially lead to further activities in implementing and managing the facility in the near future.
