This objective is part of the goals of the Coalition’s Initiative “Mitigating SLCPs from the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Sector”. The Initiative supported the Swedish EPA to implement the Program due to its strong presence and close relationships with the national government of Chile, target country of the Coalition, and its cities. The HandbookThe Training of Trainers program was a course in developing Strategic Waste Management Plans and training participants to teach colleagues to develop Strategic Waste Management Plans.
