As countries work to enhance their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement, reducing black carbon offers a critical opportunity to deliver fast climate and health benefits. This webinar explored how countries can integrate black carbon and air quality measures into their NDCs by identifying key sectors, addressing data and MRV challenges, and leveraging tools for policy planning.
