A framework for evaluating policy integration under the Green Deal: a case study on climate change and air pollution

Article by Niklas Löther and CCAC SAP Member  Yulia Yamineva develops a framework for evaluating policy integration under the European Green Deal and applies it to climate and air pollution policies in Italy and Finland. The findings reveal mismatches between integration at the institutional level and in policy outputs, highlighting the importance of comprehensive evaluation. The authors also demonstrate the framework’s potential for application across other levels of governance and policy areas. This article is published in the Journal of Environmental Policy & Planning.
