CCAC-supported experts can provide guidance on a range of short-lived climate pollutant challenges, such as technological options, mitigation measures, funding opportunities, application of measurement tools, and policy development. These services typically last less than 12 months, are small in scale (up to US $50,000) and are implemented by means of an international expert recruited by the CCAC. Who can apply This service supports requests from governments working to reduce short-lived climate pollutants in specific sectors or as part of overall mitigation planning and implementation. These include: National government agencies or initiatives Subnational, local and municipal governments Regional economic integration organisations Only governments that are eligible for official development assistance can be supported. How to apply Complete the Targeted Expert Assistance application form and send it to the CCAC Secretariat for review. A member of the Secretariat will respond to your request within 2-5 business days.
