Our project funding is split between national policy development and implementation of mitigation measures. The CCAC funds projects at country, multi-country, and regional levels through implementing partners, which include intergovernmental organisations, non-governmental organisations, UN agencies, and government entities. Our projects are developed through a consultative process with our partners and members of our extended Hub networks to ensure alignment with our 2030 Strategy and our partners’ objectives. project portfolio The CCAC helps advance mitigation efforts around the globe. Our projects include training government extension workers on climate-smart agriculture practices, supporting industry to demonstrate climate-friendly cooling equipment, and helping governments develop and implement national short-lived climate pollutant action plans, among others. Follow our results Through our funded projects and actions by our partners, the CCAC has raised awareness and political will to reduce short-lived climate pollutants across economic sectors and around the world. See more results CALLS FOR PROPOSALS The CCAC issues calls for expressions of interest to identify projects to support countries’ needs and objectives and holds competitive calls for proposals to select suitable implementing partners. A committee of technical evaluators scores submitted proposals against a set of criteria to establish potential partners’ technical capacity to deliver results, as well as their governance, management, financial, and administrative capacities.
